A mid-sized office, 2,300 sq. ft., done in 45 days, fast, by any standard. The brief was simple on paper: fit focused work, collaboration, and movement into a compact footprint without it feeling compact. A central spine runs through the plan and does most of the work — you can see almost every zone from it, which makes the office feel bigger than it is. Private rooms sit along the edges, so daylight still gets in even where the doors are closed. Reception is warm timber against white marble, meant to feel like an arrival rather than a checkpoint. And there's a Pichwai piece, in full colour, sitting against an otherwise quiet palette — one deliberate loud note in a room that's mostly restraint.
